Where does your Kratom originate?
All Thaitom products are sourced exclusively from our proprietary soil-mapped farms in Southern Thailand. This ensures 100% genetic consistency and seasonal purity.
Is your Kratom lab-tested?
Yes. Every single batch undergoes rigorous testing at third-party laboratories to verify alkaloid concentration (Mitragynine levels) and ensure zero presence of heavy metals or biological contaminants. You can view reports in our Lab Testing section.
What is Nano-Grind?
Nano-Grind is our proprietary cold-milling process that produces a microscopic powder texture. This increases the surface area for better solubility while preventing the degradation of heat-sensitive alkaloids.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take within Europe?
Typically, orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery standard is 2-4 business days for Western/Central Europe and 4-7 days for the rest of the continent.
Is the packaging discreet?
Absolutely. We ship in vacuum-sealed, odor-proof bags placed inside unmarked, neutral cardboard boxes. The return address does not mention 'Kratom' or 'Thaitom'.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to almost all EU nations where Kratom is legal for botanical study. Please check your local regulations before ordering. If your country is available in the checkout dropdown, we ship there.

Due to the botanical nature of our products, we only accept returns for unopened, vacuum-sealed packages within 14 days of delivery if the seal remains intact.
