1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our botanical research products, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, sealed in their original high-fidelity packaging, and in the same condition as when they left our facility.
2. Protocol for Returns
To initiate a return sequence, please contact our support desk (info@thaitom.eu) within 72 units of receiving your shipment. We will provide detailed instructions for the return logistics.
3. Refund Processing
Once your return arrives and undergoes validation, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds are processed immediately back to the original payment grid.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Shipping tariffs and any customized orders are non-refundable. We recommend using tracked delivery for returns to ensure safe arrival.
